All of the right, title and interest of the Chula Vista Housing Authority (except for its Unassigned Rights) in and to this Subordinate Loan Agreement are being assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Subordinate Trustee, as security for the above-referenced bonds pursuant to a certain Subordinate Indenture of Trust dated as of June 1, 2019.
