This Developer License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs the use by developers and third parties (“you”) of electronic data owned and maintained by Department of Transport and Communications (“DOTC,” “we” or “us”), including, but not limited to, the General Transit Feed Specification (“GTFS Data"). DOTC can change this Agreement at any time by posting a revised Agreement as DOTC deems necessary. Your continued use of any DOTC Data constitutes acceptance of those changes.
