The Berrien County Emergency Response Consortium is the umbrella organization for Berrien County community organizations working in disaster management. This Agreement of Local Cooperation defines the cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship between the Berrien County Emergency Response Consortium and its members and resource partners. It recognizes that each entity is autonomous, drawn together through the shared goal of utilizing available resources for the greatest impact in Berrien county. Each entity understands that this is a voluntary relationship, requiring teamwork, understanding, and cooperation for the benefit of the entire county.
