This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes the agreement between you and Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125, AFSL/ACL No. 244310 (“Issuer”). The terms and conditions govern the use of your Visa Gift Card (“Card”) and apply to all transactions involving the use of your Card or the Card details. “You” and “your” mean the person who uses a Card purchased from us. This may be the purchaser or a person who has received the Card as a gift. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer.
