RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of this agreement completed together with 50% of the Total Rental Amount on Page 1. Final payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made with credit cards on-line at our website at: www.suntikicottages.com by personal check, money order or cashier's check. Reservation is not confirmed until checks have cleared. If dates requested are within 30 days of arrival, full rental amount is due to secure a cottage.
