This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) providing Blue Origin with NASA Propellants and Life Support services to prepare the NASA GHe pipeline on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) for extension to Blue Origin operated facilities on CCSFS. This work includes but is not specifically limited to providing and installing the electronics and other associated hardware to control pressure, measure flow rate, and remotely monitor the system.
