If you are an instructor, these instructor terms and conditions ("Instructor's Conditions") contain the terms and conditions of your participation as an instructor through the services of SmartWater Academy. It is a binding agreement between you and SmartWater Academy, and is incorporated by reference in the terms of use ("Terms of Use") of SmartWater Academy.
