USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Software License Agreement (“USLA” or “User Software License”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Authorized User” as defined in the Subscription Agreement) and SNIP REGISTER, INC. (“Provider”) for the software product identified above (“User Software”), which is used to access or otherwise utilize the services or functionality of the Database (as defined in the Subscription Agreement). An amendment or addendum to this USLA may accompany the User Software. By installing and using the User Software, or otherwise utilizing the services or functionality of the Database, you agree to be bound by the terms of this USLA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS USLA, OR ANY TERMS THEREIN, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL AND/OR USE THE USER SOFTWARE, AND AGREE TO PROMPTLY RETURN THE USER SOFTWARE TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ADMINISTRATOR OR TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE.
