THIS AGREEMENT, (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the CITY OF WILMINGTON, a North Carolina municipal corporation (hereinafter called “CITY”) and Cape Fear Youth Soccer Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as “MANAGER”), for facility management services for the future Sports Complex (hereinafter referred to as “VENUE”).
