• those aged over 18 years and under 65 years who are specified as at risk in the Scottish Government seasonal flu Chief Medical Officer’s (CMO) letter and their unpaid• carers as defined in the PGD. Pregnant women, healthcare workers and patients in residential care homes are not eligible. Please also ensure that any contra indications are observed. 2.4 The pharmacy phase of the pilot community pharmacy seasonal flu immunisation service will run from 4th November 2019 to 31st March 2020 complementing the GP facility which commences on 1st October 2019, respecting the requirements to be observed in 2.3. 2.5 The vaccination is to be administered to some of the eligible patients meeting the criteria specified in the NHS GG&C Patient Group Direction (PGD) and who do not have any contraindications to vaccination.
