The DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES (“System Agency”), an administrative agency within the executive branch of the State of Texas, and ORO VERDE ENTERPRISES “DBA” DATA RUSH (“Contractor”), having its principal office at 1130 Silber Road, Houston, TX 77055, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), enter into the following agreement (“Contract”) for courier services to include drivers and equipment, with logistical support and tracking, to be utilized, as required by the Department of State Health Services (“DSHS”) Laboratory and the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”).
