This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by and between Local 715, Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO (hereinafter “Union”) and the City of Menlo Park (hereinafter “City”). This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into pursuant to the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (Government Code Sections 3500-3510) and has been jointly prepared by the parties.
