On November 30, 2005, the Village entered into a Professional Services Agreement for the purchase, implementation and associated training for the CityView enterprise software application. From 2005 to 2013, the Village primarily used the permit and inspection module for processing of building permits; the code enforcement and planning modules were purchased but not implemented or utilized fully.
