Spaces as indicated below at the 2013 Yoder & Frey Auctioneers, Inc. Annual Auction Sale to be held February 11, 2013 through February 18, 2013 at Kissimmee, Florida under the terms and conditions recited in this Application/Agreement. Upon completion of the space assignment and execution by Yoder & Frey Auctioneers, Inc. (“Yoder & Frey”) a contract between Yoder & Frey and Exhibitor shall be formed on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
