WHEREAS, the Association of Western Pulp and Paper Workers and its affiliated Local No. 633 represent as sole bargaining agent employees in the Longview Mill of the Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company, except employees engaged in administration, actual supervision, watchman duties, sales, engineering and drafting, research and technical occupations requiring professional training, accounting, office clerical and guards and supervisors and professional employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
