This rental agreement, is made and entered into by and between Taylor Construction Equipment, with its principal place of business in Louisville MS(hereinafter called “Lessor”), and party referenced above (hereinafter called “Lessee”), having a place of business as stated above In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree for themselves, their successors, administrators, representatives, and assigns, as follows: 1. Loss or damage: Lessee agrees to bear all risks of loss or damage to Equipment, regardless of cause, but not limited to theft, seizures and confiscation of Equipment, F.O.B. shipping point (hereafter defined), during the term of this Rental Agreement, while Equipment is in the care, custody or control of Lessee, its officers, employees, or affiliates, and until Equipment arrives at the return point (hereafter defined).
