This Linking Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of January 4th, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“BEST”), and Port of Palm Beach, an independent special district of the State of Florida (“Licensee”). Each of BEST and Licensee are referred to as a “Party” in this Agreement and, together, as the “Parties”.
