This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon North Inc.., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated (“Verizon”), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, and Comcast Phone of Pennsylvania, LLC (“Comcast”), a limited liability company with offices at 1500 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19102, and shall be deemed effective on August 1, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Comcast are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services only in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Commonwealth”).
