Under this Agreement, Heartland Bank Limited (who we call the Lender, we, or us in this Agreement) agrees to make you a Loan and you grant to the Lender a security interest in the Goods (described below) and all your rights in the Goods, as security for the Secured Debt (Loan and Secured Debt are defined in the Dictionary in the General Terms). When we refer to this Agreement we mean these Commercial Terms- including the attached Fee Schedule- and the General Terms.
