These General Terms of Services ("GTS") and the documents to which they refer, form a contract ("Contract") between OVH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, headquartered at Level 12, 90 Arthur Street, North Sydney VIC NSW 2060, Australia, registered under the number 612 612 754("OVHcloud"), and any natural or legal person, consumer or professional, private or public law entity ordering or using OVHcloud Services ("Client"). The GTS define the conditions of provision and use of OVHcloud's Services under the Contract. OVHcloud and the Client are referred to, individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
