made as of this day , 2019 between SUEZ Water Westchester Inc. a corporation of the State of New York, with its principal office at 2525 Palmer Avenue, New Rochelle, New York 10801 (hereinafter called “SWWC”) and Village of Port Chester (“Municipality”) with offices at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester NY 10573 and together with SWWC the (“Parties” and each, individually, a “Party”).
