This DONATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 27th day of June, 2023 by and between the TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY, a general law city and municipal corporation, herein called “the Town,” and HS CLUSTER, LLC, a Texas limited liability company herein called “Donor.” Town and Donor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
