The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and DotAsia Organisation Ltd. agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 8 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth in this amendment No. 8 (the “Amendment”) is made to the 06 December 2006 .ASIA Registry Agreement between the parties, as amended (the “Agreement”).
