This Amended and Restated Lease (the “Lease”) is executed as of this 31st day of December, 2016, by and between DYLAN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership duly formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, and having a mailing address at 4865 Vieja Dr., Santa Barbara, CA 93110 (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”) and PRECISION COATING CO., INC., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and having a mailing address at 51 Parmenter Road, Hudson, MA 01749 (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”). The said terms Lessor and Lessee shall include their respective legal successors and assigns wherever the context hereof permits.
