This Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Christopher Meta, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class he represents (“Plaintiff”), and Target Corporation (“Target”) and Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (“Nice- Pak”) (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiff and Defendants are referred to herein as the “Parties.” This settlement is intended to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, release, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below) upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein (the “Settlement”).‌
