These Blue Prism Asset License and Support Terms (this “Agreement”) are entered into between you and, if applicable, your organization (“you”) and Blue Prism Software, Inc. (if you are in the Americas) or Blue Prism Limited (if you are elsewhere)(“Blue Prism” or the “Contributor”) offering the relevant asset (the “Asset”) to you. This Agreement governs your use of the Asset and describes any support Contributor may make available to you in relation to your use of the Asset.
