This real estate letter of intent (the “Letter of Intent”) represents the basic terms for an agreement between the Buyers and Seller. After this Letter of Intent has been made, a formal agreement will be constructed to the benefit of the Parties involved. A formal agreement can be either drafted by the Buyers Real Estate Professional or by the Sellers Real Estate Professional/ Lawyer.
