This Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the webRunes distribution smart contract (the “Distribution Contract”); use of the related ERC-20 WGD token smart contact (the “WGD Token Contract”); and purchase of the related ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “WGD” or “WGD Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and webRunes Limited (in incorporation), together with any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company”). Buyer and the Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
