PRESENTATION (both versions) (1) Availability to set up one hour before the starting time. (2) Two 8 ft. tables (or three 6 ft.)* located where the insects are to be viewed. If possible, the people should be able to go around all sides. (3) Adults (2-4) to monitor the display tables. (Everyone is excited, but the specimens are fragile.) (4) Access to an electric outlet within 15 ft. (5) Seating so everyone can see the screen. (6) If the church has a PowerPoint set-up, the slides must be controlled from the position of the presenter.
