This Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement") describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking service and/or the Bill Payment service (separately or together, "Online Banking"). It also describes the rights and obligations of Uwharrie Bank ("Bank"). Please read this Agreement carefully.
