This Connectivity Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement among the entity named on the applicable connectivity order form referencing this Agreement (“User”) and Cboe FX Markets, Inc. (“Cboe FX”), with principal offices at 17 State Street, 31st floor, New York, New York 10004, and shall be effective as of the date of the applicable connectivity order form (the “Effective Date”).
