This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), effective as of (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among the Christina School Board (“CSB”), the Superintendent of Schools for the Christina School District (“Superintendent” and “CSD”), the Christina Education Association (“CEA”), the Delaware Department of Education (“DDOE”), and the Office of Governor John C. Carney (“OGOV”), collectively referred to in this MOU as the “Parties.”
