This Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of , 2010 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Desert Hot Springs, a public body, corporate and politic (the “Agency”) and Coachella Valley Housing Coalition, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Owner"). Agency and Owner are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
