This agreement, made and entered into between the Lessor and the Lessee. Whereas Lessee desires to rent the equipment listed on the Rental Agreement and on any attachment thereto upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Now therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants between the parties, and other valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed as follows.
