This Agreement applies to Serenic NaviPayroll, a payroll and human resource add-on software solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as set out below. You are solely responsible for compliance with Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Online Services Terms and the proper licensing and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and any non-Serenic product that you install or use in, or in connection with, your installation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
