This Agreement is effective on the date when “Service Provider” accepts the terms by clicking on the I Accept/I Agree button at checkout on the TipTop website (the “Start Date”). For purposes of this Agreement, Service Provider means an individual or company who purchases a Subscription License from “TipTop” to use the “TipTop Platform” during a Subscription Term for a Subscription Fee. When used in this Agreement, “TipTop” refers to TipTop Software LLC, the entity which owns TipTop and with which Service Provider is contracting.
