The defendant Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. (the “Bank”), pursuant to authority granted by the Bank’s Board of Directors, reflected in Attachment B, which is incorporated by reference into this deferred prosecution agreement (the “Agreement”), and the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section and the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York (collectively, the “Offices”), enter into this Agreement.
