The 2008 Physician Services Agreement (2008 PSA) between the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) includes one-time PEM Group Bonus Payments. The bonus payment calculations and payment methodologies for the distribution of up to $2.5 million dollars for After Hours Care and $5 million dollars for Out of Office Care have been approved by the MOHLTC and the OMA through the Physician Services Committee.
