This Agreement entered into this 1st day of July 2019, by and between the Board of Trustees, School District No. 3, Mineral County, Superior, Montana, (hereinafter referred to as the School District, School Board, or Board) and the Superior Education Association, a member of the MFPE, (hereinafter referred to as the Association or the exclusive representative) pursuant to and in compliance with the Labor Laws, Title 39, Chapter 31, Revised Codes of Montana, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the Act) to provide the terms and conditions of employment for Teachers during the duration of this Agreement.
