This agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern access to and use of the Application Services and Application Services Content (as defined below) and is an agreement between Current Lighting Solutions, Current Lighting Solutions, LLC (“Current”), located at 1975 Noble Road, Bldg. 335, Office 1241, Cleveland, Ohio 44112 and its Affiliates, and the entity entering into this Agreement (“Customer”). By clicking ‘accept,’ or using the Application Services and/or Software, Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If Customer does not have authority to enter into this Agreement, or if Customer does not agree with its terms, do not click ‘accept’ and do not use the Application Services or Software. Each of Current and Customer is, individually, a “Party”, and are collectively, the “Parties.”
