This Stockholders Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 11, 2022, is entered into among TrueGen Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), the Initial Stockholders (as defined herein) and each other Person who after the date hereof acquires Common Stock and becomes a party to this Agreement by executing a Joinder Agreement (such Persons, collectively with the Initial Stockholders, the "Stockholders").
