This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) made this 1st day of October, 2016, is by and between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois d/b/a Frontier Citizens Communications of Illinois, a Illinois corporation, with its principal place of business at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 (“Frontier”) and Centurylink Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202 (“CLC”). Frontier and CLC may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
