The following are the terms of agreement between you and the MHC group of companies (“MHC”, “we”, “our” or “us”) which govern your use of this App and any MHC platforms. In these Terms, the term “MHC group of companies” refers to companies and businesses in which the ultimate beneficial owners of our company hold shares and commercial interests, whether directly or indirectly, and include such ultimate beneficial owners. The terms “you” and “your” means you, your dependent(s) if any, and any other person accessing your App Account.
