THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this day of August, 2004, by and among the City of Boise, City of Eagle, City of Garden City, City of Kuna, City of Meridian, City of Star, Ada County, the Ada County Highway District (hereinafter the “Member Agencies”), and the Idaho Transportation Department for the purpose of establishing a process for developing a Countywide Transportation and Land Use Guide Plan.
