A Settlement Agreement, also referred to herein as the “Settlement,”1 has been reached in a class action lawsuit about whether TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP d/b/a Mid-Atlantic Sports Network a/k/a MASN (“MASN”) sent or caused to be sent advertisement or telemarketing text messages to mobile telephone numbers without prior express written consent of the recipients in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (“TCPA”). Defendants deny the allegations in the lawsuit and the Court has not decided who is right.
