Welcome to the Crane simplifi™ Platform and the Crane simplifi™ services provided on it. This Master Services Agreement ("Terms and Conditions" or “Agreement”) forms the agreement between Crane® Merchandising Systems, Inc., on behalf of itself and its corporate affiliates ("Affiliates") who provide services under these Terms and Conditions (collectively, "Crane"), and the entity that accepts these Terms and Conditions either by clicking the "Accept" button below or by using the Crane Platform ("Customer"). This Agreement also includes other documents that are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and other documents the parties agree are incorporated into this Agreement. Customer agrees that by clicking the “Accept” button, it electronically signs and enters into this Agreement with Crane.
