THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 14th Day of November, 2007, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER") and Quality Enterprises, Inc., whose business address is 3894 Mannix Drive, Suite 216, Naples, FL 34114-5406 (hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR").
