A parent or legal guardian (called "the Parent" in this Agreement) must READ and AGREE WITH all parts of this 2 two-page Agreement and explain it to their child and SIGN it before the Minor will be allowed to participate in the outdoor education trip and activity (called the "Activity" in this Agreement) with Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society Southern Alberta Chapter (called “CPAWS SAB” in this Agreement). A Minor participant age 14 years or older must also agree READ and AGREE WITH all parts of this 2 two-page Agreement and SIGN it before they will be allowed to participate.
