This Class Action Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the named Plaintiffs, Deirdre Oglesby and Richard Oglesby (hereinafter “Representative Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the stipulated class they represent as defined below, on the one hand, and Erie Insurance Company and Erie Insurance Exchange (collectively “Defendants”), on the other hand, by and through their respective counsel. Representative Plaintiffs and Defendants will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party” to this Agreement.
