THIS AGREEMENT, having start date of [insert], is entered into by and between Kane County, Illinois (herein called the “County”), and the [Beneficiary Name] (herein called “Beneficiary”), and governs disbursement of the Department of Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (herein called “Funds”) by the County to Beneficiary. The County and Beneficiary shall sometimes be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
